This Agreement is between TikHub, LLC., Third-Party API Provider, and the customer agreeing to this Agreement (Customer).#
Data We Collect#
TikHub as a Real-Time Data Provider#
TikHub is a real-time data provider. We do not collect or analyze data ourselves. Instead, our service acts as a bridge, allowing clients to directly access data from TikTok. We may store data necessary to provide a better service, such as logs and usage statistics.
When an account logs in for the first time on our OAuth platform, basic profile information and session cookies are securely stored in our database. The account owner retains full control over their data and can choose to delete everything from our database at any time with just a few clicks. The decision to trust a third-party application is entirely up to the account owner.
How We Share the Data We Collect#
We do not share data from the TikHub OAuth platform without the explicit consent of the account owner. This includes sharing information with other TikHub applications that the account owner has chosen to authorize.
Data Rights#
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, TikHub reserves the right to collect and analyze data and other information related to the provision, usage, and performance of its services and associated systems (including information concerning Customer Data and data derived therefrom). TikHub may freely (both during and after the term of this Agreement) (i) use such information and data to enhance and improve the services for diagnostic, development, and correction purposes, and (ii) disclose this data in an aggregated or de-identified form in relation to its business. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly stated herein.
Changes to This Policy#
We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are made, we will post them on this page. By continuing to use TikHub after the changes take effect, you agree to the revised policy. For significant changes, we may provide more prominent notice or obtain your consent as required by law.
