「TikHub.io」 is an out-of-the-box integration tool and service platform. Our goal is to help users quickly start their business and support function customization. Our vision is to create a community-driven entrepreneurial project where cooperation leads to mutual success. Every community member can connect their functions or interfaces to our platform and benefit from it. We have accumulated a large base of registered users and community members, actively working towards strategies to ensure sustainable and healthy ecosystem development. TikHub is an unofficial API and is not endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance. The "TikTok" name is copyrighted by ByteDance, Inc. TikHub’s products and services are provided by TikHub Developer. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TikHub’s website, products, and services (“Products”). API, or "Application Programming Interface," allows products and services to communicate and integrate, providing information and fulfilling requests without needing to understand internal implementations. TikHub and you may be referred to as a "party" or collectively as the "parties." By accessing or using our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China recently issued a Notice requiring App sponsors providing Internet services to fulfill filing procedures. Individuals or companies unable to file in China can connect their services to our platform. TikHub, as an overseas entity, ensures the privacy and security of our partners and customers.
Agreement Scope#
This agreement is between TikHub, LLC., Third-Party API Provider, and the customer agreeing to this agreement (Customer).
Delivery Management Service#
TikHub has made every effort to align our products and services with TikTok™ Inc.'s Terms of Service. We will assist you in demonstrating compliance with applicable legal requirements. By using TikHub’s products and services, you acknowledge that you will not hold TikHub or its developers liable for any damages or legal issues arising from using our services.
Using Our Services#
You may not:#
Use our service to create fake engagement, such as "auto-follow" or "auto-like" bots.
Engage in unsolicited advertising, promotions, "junk mail," spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
Authenticate fake accounts or access accounts without the owner's consent.
TikHub undertakes to:#
Perform services professionally and consistently with industry standards.
Notify you of any issues promptly during the execution of these Terms.
Ensure its personnel comply with these provisions.
Maintenance and Support#
TikHub guarantees maintenance of the API at no additional cost. Maintenance may temporarily suspend access to services. We commit to correcting any issues promptly and making improvements as needed. You will receive updates and functional developments of the API. We will also provide technical support on business days during working hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Copyright Policy#
By publishing content through TikHub, you warrant that downloading, copying, and using such content does not infringe any third-party rights.
Security#
We prioritize user security. Although we strive to protect your content and account, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties cannot bypass our measures. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. In the event of a suspected security incident, TikHub will notify you promptly and take necessary steps to address it.
Confidentiality & Proprietary Rights#
Each party (the "Receiving Party") acknowledges that the other party (the "Disclosing Party") may disclose proprietary business, technical, or financial information. TikHub's proprietary information includes non-public service details. Customer’s proprietary information includes non-public data provided to TikHub for service provisioning. The Receiving Party agrees to:Take reasonable precautions to protect such information.
Not disclose it to third parties except as required for service performance.
License to Use#
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, and revocable license to use our Products. Breach of these Terms may result in termination of your access.
Disclaimers#
The Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. TikHub disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. TikHub assumes no responsibility for user content posted or transmitted using our services.
Limitation of Liability#
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TikHub and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from:Your access to or inability to access our services.
Conduct or content of third parties on our platform.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions.
In no event shall TikHub’s total liability exceed $100 USD.
Dispute Resolution#
For any disputes, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the issue informally.
Other Terms#
Notification and Changes: TikHub reserves the right to modify these Terms and will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of our Products indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of such rights.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TikHub.
Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for events beyond their control, including force majeure.
Feedback: If you provide feedback, TikHub may use it without obligation.
Logo Usage: You agree to allow TikHub to use your name and logo in its marketing materials.
