💰 Withdraw

In order to ensure the transaction security between merchants and users, the platform will control withdrawals through the method of risk control model + manual review.
In principle, as long as the merchant's behavior and business model are normal, they will get a better withdrawal experience.

How to Withdraw#

Set up Your Wallet
Before you make your withdraw, please set up your wallet information in the Shop Settings.

Make your Withdraw
Click Merchant on the Left menu
Click withdraw button in the Profit section

Confirm the Withdraw
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw. The amount must be between 10and400.
Submit the withdraw request
IMPORTANT: Confirm yourWallet Addressbefore you sumbit your request!
We are not liable for withdrawals made to incorrect wallet addresses!

Merchant's Profit
Pending Balance
☝️ After a transaction/order is completed, it will be automatically added to the merchant's balance.

Withdrawal Timeline#

We recommend submitting one withdrawal request at a time. Please wait for the outcome of the previous request before making the next one.
It will take us 1-3 business days to review your withdrawal request

Reasons for Withdrawal Application Failure#

In the following scenarios, your withdrawal application may be suspended and must be resolved before it can continue.
Please make corresponding modifications after self-checking and then withdraw again.
Incorrect withdrawal network or wallet address
No valid contact information is provided for consumers
Unclear product information
User complaints
System risk control judgment
In addition to the above clear scenarios, there are other risk control rules that are confidential. If the merchant cannot solve it through self-examination, please contact the platform administrator for processing.

Some Important Features#

We will list some obvious and important risk control features, which will have a significant impact on your score in the risk control model:
Compliance and effectiveness of merchant basic information, product titles, and descriptions.
Ratio of orders with complaints or refunds.
Ratio of sales with complaints or refunds.
