应用数据批量更新查询

接口说明

满足开发者实现数据应用的后台数据批量添加。这个可返回修改后的数据data，包括主键ID；仅支持normal-普通，批量新增或更新带返回值接口数量不能超过500（可调整 batch.deal.count）。
