2.微信获取手机号、注册、绑定、登录四合一接口

使用项目方自己小程序appid secret 以及获取的jscode，获取的phone作为参数。
如果没有注册，这直接注册获取区块链地址并绑定微信登录返回信息。
如果注册了，没有绑定微信，则绑定微信，登录并返回信息。
如果注册了，绑定了微信，则直接登录返回信息。
注意：返回的phone和token是后续操作的通信凭证，confluxaddress是树图区块链地址，用于查询使用
